Are the Bates Method of eye exercises and effective?
I’ve tried for almost a month and they do not work! I am desperate to have a clear vision and perfect without things like contacts and glasses and surgery.

I think a month is too short. And if you do not give sufficient rest to your eyes, you may not get the best results. I have not tried the technique myself (I’m comfortable with glasses), but knew a gentleman who has tried and found successful.
