Young children do not begin with perfect vision. They start with a perfect attitude for the development of sight. Curious and relaxed.

Hmmm, I would simply ask – when they were children or babies, our vision was parfaite.Quand we Bates Method, we relax our eyes and can see clearer in some moments.Mais anyway my point is, the Young children have a perfect view because they are relaxed and used correctly? Because the type of methodology Bates, in my opinion, is promoting that we should go back to 20/20, we return to this kind of eye sight we had when we were younger, his condition original.Difficile to understand but try to

And what about balance?? Imagine a letter printed vibrates gently, with both eyes closed and when you’re watching. Palming is not everything.

I think I won the smallest of improving my vision with palming, but I will not be happy yet. How long do you think it would be to notice a difference in my vision.Plus I am more conscious of relaxing my eyes when I look at things, I. e. with a picture or words on the clock. Is he experienced a positive trend? Thank you for this day to help you:)

Is there a difference if you practice swing? Really is to find ways to move, swing and engage your imagination. If a way is not working, try another.

Thank you for info. I have no glasses, but I added more to the right and left. I still see things, but I’m a little unclear to me. I want to correct before it becomes worse. I tried the Bates method for days now, I want to pursue this path also. In terms of improving my vision after I palm or something, for like 2 seconds I have the trigger in my eyes, and the clearer I think, the more I am more courant.Que should I do to improve my vision? Continue?

I think it is a naturopathic technique.

If you see two images, because your eyes do not both point in the same direction. They’ll like that if you are not looking for anything in particular. But I think that when you swing, it is possible to obtain a fused image. It helps to point your finger and look just above where your finger is pointing.

this exercise eye to improve vision fast?

  16. Comment by GuerraOtilio on December 25, 2009 3:46 am

Could someone please help me. When I swing why do I see two images, then it is up to one (merging) when I stop swinging. I read in “Learning to See” by Thomas Q, it is perfectly normal, but they never explain why.

Thank u for reply. I find your videos very different from the rest. In any case, I have another question. What is the difference btw the short and long swing? Which one do i apply when, say, practicing swinging with prints?

This seems difficult, but while you are swinging are not supposed to be worrying about what your eyes are at all! Pretend your eyes are television cameras and focus on the control center inside your head and the images that you are getting there. Do not try to recognize and interpret objects, simply by clocks moving across your screen.

Hello during the swing, my eyes are supposed to focus on every object that comes by? Thank you

  21. Comment by HappyHag on December 25, 2009 6:23 am

You can just try swinging for a few minutes, the shade of an eye, and with each other, looking THT something is slightly off topic. Eyes closed, imagine swinging gently from left to right, then respect it gently for a moment, then repeat.

  23. Comment by HappyHag on December 25, 2009 7:49 am

It’s excellent! Then all you have to do is to continue the practice of all time:)

Hehe I’m curious practice some exercisers oeilet I can see the difference, but only 5-10 minutes after training, then my vision is ABCK normal. . . but I can see changes in my vision by looking. . . Better than before

  25. Comment by HappyHag on December 25, 2009 8:23 am

Still working on my vision, but it’s much better than it was. Relaxing your eyes, yes, but it’s also about relaxing your mind if you really want to improve your vision, and it’s not so easy in the world today!
