    Just do not put your glasses too far because once you realize a load of nonsense it is, you’ll still need your glasses.

    It makes no difference if you wear glasses or not when you do the ‘Bates Method’ because the results are the same for all façon.La ‘Bates Method’, which uses the book “Sight without glasses” who was it is written almost 100 years since its founding, has never been used for one reason, it does not seem to work very bien.Une another organization called “The See Clearly Method” promoted similar guidelines, and has recently been closed by the government for fraudulent advertising.
